Navigating the View Highlight Screen

1. Introduction

The View Highlight screen is a dedicated space for users to explore, appreciate, and purchase highlights on Fivestar. It offers a seamless blend of previewing highlights, diving into details, and making purchase decisions.

 

2. Highlight Preview

What You’ll See:

• Video: For video highlights, you’re greeted with a video player. Videos are showcased in a clear 720p quality, ensuring a comfortable previewing experience and fast page load time. Please note that all preview videos contain a watermark for security and copyright purposes.
• Image: The image is displayed prominently if it’s an image highlight. As with videos, a watermark is superimposed on the image for copyright protection.
• Share Button: Share directly from the View Highlight or View Gallery screens with our intuitive Share button.
• • • For Desktop Users:
      • Step 1: Look for the “Share” button when viewing a highlight or gallery.
      • Step 2: Click to reveal a popup with various sharing options.
      • Step 3: Choose from:
        • Email: Launches your default email app with a shareable link.
        • X (Social Media): Opens a login window to share directly on social media platforms.
        • Facebook: Shares the content on your Facebook feed.
        • Copy & Paste: Copy the link to your clipboard for easy sharing anywhere.

      For Mobile Users:

      • Step 1: Tap the “Share” button while viewing a highlight or gallery.
      • Step 2: Access a list of your installed apps to share the content directly.
      • Step 3: Select your preferred app and share your favorite sports moments with a tap.

3. Highlight Details

Understanding the Attributes:
The highlight details zone offers a deep dive into the attributes of the highlight. All relevant details that the highlight creator has added will be visible. Any field that the creator left empty during the upload will not be displayed. This makes sure that the screen stays clean and information is clutter-free.

4. Purchase Options

Licenses:

• GENERAL LICENSE SUMMARY:  The General License permits the licensee to share the licensed material (i.e., copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt the licensed material (i.e., remix, transform, and build upon the material).  The licensee must give appropriate credit and indicate if changes were made.  The licensee is not permitted to use the licensed material for commercial purposes, i.e., use for commercial advantage or monetary compensation in connection with its use.  Examples of permitted uses include sharing on social media, inclusion in highlight reels, and sharing with family members.
• COMMERCIAL LICENSE SUMMARY:  The Commercial License permits the licensee to share the licensed material (i.e., copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt the licensed material (i.e., remix, transform, and build upon the material).  The licensee must give appropriate credit and indicate if changes were made.  The licensee is permitted to use the Licensed Material for commercial purposes, i.e., use for commercial advantage or monetary compensation in connection with its use.  Examples of permitted uses include broadcast, branded commercials and digital advertising.

Quality Selection:
Quality matters! Under the licenses, you can see the available resolutions and corresponding file sizes. Whether you want a high-res file for detailed work or a compressed version for quick sharing, all options are laid out clearly.

Special Note for Returning Users:
If you’ve already purchased a particular license type of highlight, you won’t have to pay again. The purchase option for that license will be greyed out with a “Purchased” tag, ensuring transparency and avoiding accidental repurchases.

5. Navigating Back to Browse

After viewing a highlight item, a convenient link/button will guide you back to the Browse highlight screen if you want to continue exploring more items. This ensures fluid navigation and a hassle-free browsing experience.
